S\u00f3 depois deste laudo a prefeitura dever\u00e1 definir se demole ou conclui a obra para inaugurar ainda no segundo semestre.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Shopping Popular come\u00e7ou a ser constru\u00eddo em 2014 pelo ent\u00e3o prefeito Vane do Renascer (PRB), obra com recursos pr\u00f3prios, mas em novembro de 2016 uma parte da constru\u00e7\u00e3o desabou, o que acabou ligando o sinal de alerta.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vale lembrar que j\u00e1 existe um laudo estrutural do Engenheiro Civil Francisco Fran\u00e7a, respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo uma fonte do gabinete do prefeito Fernando Gomes (DEM), o mesmo est\u00e1 organizando o or\u00e7amento para contratar a empresa especializada para fazer o estudo, e se for pela demoli\u00e7\u00e3o ele vai entregar para o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico acionar os respons\u00e1veis.<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A prefeitura de Itabuna decidiu contratar uma empresa especializada para fazer um estudo da estrutura da obra do Shopping Popular.
