A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi movida pelo PSD, e segundo a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o, o ent\u00e3o candidato a reelei\u00e7\u00e3o Lero Cunha (PSB), praticou concess\u00e3o irregular de gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es fora do per\u00edodo permitido.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico est\u00e1 fazendo as alega\u00e7\u00f5es finais sobre a a\u00e7\u00e3o, em virtude do recesso de final de ano, ocorreu um atraso.
