O mesmo foi acusado de trocar de partido sem justa causa, por esse motivo foi pedido de tutela antecipada solicitando a perda do mandato.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">O 2\u00ba suplente do PTN, Edinho da Mala, entrou com a a\u00e7\u00e3o e o juiz Saulo Casali Bahia, que est\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por julgar o processo.
