Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es, a reuni\u00e3o foi marcada para anunciar a venda da faculdade.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pessoas relacionadas ao mercado informaram que o valor da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o pode chegar a R$ 600 milh\u00f5es.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">A FTC \u00e9 uma das \u00faltimas institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino particular que ainda n\u00e3o foi negociada para grandes grupos educacionais, e desde 2005 encontrou dificuldades em arrumar um comprador por conta de seu endividamento.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">FTC PASSA POR GRAVE CRISE FINANCEIRA<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">A faculdade vem enfrentando problemas judiciais devido \u00e0 n\u00e3o indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de ex-funcion\u00e1rios.
