Confirmando as suspeitas, o MP vai ingressar com uma a\u00e7\u00e3o civil p\u00fablica contra o comunista.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">O promotor Inoc\u00eancio Carvalho, j\u00e1 tomou o depoimento de Wenceslau, de ex-funcion\u00e1rios da c\u00e2mara e do ex-assessor, conhecido como Bior\u00f3 Som.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bior\u00f3 Som \u00e9 a testemunha \u201cchave\u201d, j\u00e1 que o mesmo alega que foi assessor de Wenceslau na c\u00e2mara de vereadores, e teve m\u00eas que o seu sal\u00e1rio foi zerada em fun\u00e7\u00e3o de empr\u00e9stimos consignados, sendo que ele n\u00e3o tomou nenhum empr\u00e9stimo.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es, o MP consultou os bancos e informaram que Bior\u00f3 n\u00e3o tomou nenhum empr\u00e9stimo.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concluindo a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o MP pode acionar Wenceslau na justi\u00e7a e o mesmo poder\u00e1 bloquear os bens e at\u00e9 30% do seu sal\u00e1rio.e responder por apropria\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">WENCESLAU FOI AFASTADO DO CARGO EM 2012<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vale lembrar que em 2012, Inoc\u00eancio Carvalho, entrou com a\u00e7\u00e3o civil contra tr\u00eas vereadores de Itabuna e mais assessores, ex-assessores e ex-diretores da casa.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nA a\u00e7\u00e3o foi contra os vereadores Solon Pinheiro (DEM), Raimundo P\u00f3lvora (DEM), e Wenceslau (PC do B).<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o civil, os tr\u00eas vereadores foram afastados do cargo.<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico da Bahia (MP-BA), est\u00e1 investigando o vice-prefeito de Itabuna, Wenceslau Junior (PC do B).
