Ele alega que a \u00e1rea foi doada  pela prefeitura municipal.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> O prefeito Cl\u00e1udio Carvalho (PMDB), \u00e9 ex-funcion\u00e1rio do \u00f3rg\u00e3o e deve saber que a \u00e1rea em quest\u00e3o est\u00e1 no Invent\u00e1rio de Patrim\u00f4nio da EBDA, mas mesmo assim ele cometeu a aberra\u00e7\u00e3o de doar algo que n\u00e3o \u00e9 da prefeitura.
