O objetivo de Ruy era conseguir uma liminar para voltar para a c\u00e2mara de vereadores.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador Nilson Castelo Branco decidiu n\u00e3o apreciar o recurso, optou por\u00a0 julgar o m\u00e9rito. Ele entendeu que a liminar trata dos mesmos fundamentos do Habeas Corpus dos vereadores afastados Vane (PRB), e Wenceslau (PC do B).<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nilson Castelo Branco determinou o encaminhamento dos autos, com a m\u00e1xima urg\u00eancia, ao Parquet, para ser julgado o m\u00e9rito.
