Essa articula\u00e7\u00e3o foi definida na capital do estado entre o deputado Rosemberg Pinto (PT), e o vice-governador Otto Alencar (PSD).<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">No in\u00edcio da semana Paulo Fernandes se reuniu com o ex-prefeito Ricardo Souto (PHS), e o mesmo ficou de indicar o nome para compor a vice, sendo que a sua irm\u00e3, Andr\u00e9a Souto, seria a mais forte.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mas o ex-prefeito C\u00edcero Alencar (PSD), n\u00e3o gostou dessa id\u00e9ia, e articulou junto ao seu irm\u00e3o Otto Alencar para o PT indicasse a vice de Paulo Fernandes. Com isso o ex-prefeito Ricardo Souto ficou em uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o delicada.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Resta saber qual ser\u00e1 a sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o, j\u00e1 durante o encontro com Paulo Fernandes, ficou decidido que at\u00e9 a pr\u00f3xima semana ele indicaria o nome para compor a chapa como vice.
