O placar foi 5 a 4.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Com isso o alcaide ficar\u00e1 ineleg\u00edvel por oito anos e consequentemente n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser candidato a reelei\u00e7\u00e3o em 2012.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O Tribunal de Contas dos Munic\u00edpios (TCM), tinha rejeitado as contas de Gude.
