A iniciativa partiu do edil Ricardo Bacelar.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mais de 25 pessoas foram congratuladas com os t\u00edtulos e o evento foi bastante concorrido.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O lado negativo ficou por parte do presidente da c\u00e2mara, Ruy Machado (PRP), primeiro n\u00e3o autorizou o assessor do edil Roberto de Souza (PR), entregar o titulo, j\u00e1 que o vereador estava viajando. Ele nem citou o nome de Roberto.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Segundo, Ruy Machado foi bastante deselegante e mostrou que n\u00e3o est\u00e1 preparado para ser presidente da c\u00e2mara, deixou o titulo deste blogueiro por \u00faltimo, se recusou a ler o decreto e saiu da mesa no momento do cumprimento.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para finalizar, pelo segundo ano seguido o homenageado de Ruy n\u00e3o compareceu para receber o t\u00edtulo.
