O terreno foi doado para API fazer a sua sede.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00f3 que isso n\u00e3o aconteceu, foi realizada uma negociata e no lugar est\u00e1 sendo constru\u00eddo um loteamento. O investimento no local est\u00e1 sendo feito por um corretor de im\u00f3vel.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico tem a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de investigar essa negociata entre a dire\u00e7\u00e3o da API e o corretor.
