Mesmo que a oposi\u00e7\u00e3o apresente emenda, n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 como ser adiado para o pr\u00f3ximo ano.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\nO motivo \u00e9 aritm\u00e9tico, a bancada do governo \u00e9 composta por nove vereadores, sendo que Ruy Machado (PRP), est\u00e1 de licen\u00e7a m\u00e9dica e Gerson Nascimento (PV), viajou e n\u00e3o participar\u00e1 da vota\u00e7\u00e3o. Com isso, a bancada do governo continua tendo a maioria, neste caso com sete vereadores.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\nPor isso a oposi\u00e7\u00e3o que \u00e9 composta por quatro vereadores, n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 muito que fazer. E como foi uma convoca\u00e7\u00e3o extraordin\u00e1ria, n\u00e3o tem como pedir vista, tem que ser votado rapidamente.
