Votos em branco e nulos n\u00e3o entram no c\u00e1lculo que define os vencedores de uma elei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\">Isso significa que a porcentagem apresentada na apura\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o considera necessariamente todas as pessoas que compareceram \u00e0s urnas.
