Por ordem do STF, os prefeitos de Boquira e Ibipitanga foram afastados cautelarmente \u2014 e depois retornaram aos cargos.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">As conversas, atribu\u00eddas pela investiga\u00e7\u00e3o ao empres\u00e1rio Evandro Baldino do Nascimento e ao assessor Marcelo Chaves Gomes, exibem um gloss\u00e1rio cifrado para dinheiro: \u201ccaloi\u201d, \u201cplatitas\u201d, \u201claplatina\u201d, \u201cgarfo\u201d, \u201csoldas\u201d, \u201cgarrotes\u201d, \u201cpraguinhas\u201d \u2014 com cobran\u00e7as e refer\u00eancia a repasses atrelados \u00e0 libera\u00e7\u00e3o de emendas para prefeituras sob suspeita. A exist\u00eancia e o teor desses di\u00e1logos foram reportados por ve\u00edculos que citam o material enviado ao STF.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">No pano de fundo, o STF vem apertando o cerco \u00e0s emendas Pix: suspendeu repasses em casos sob suspeita e determinou que Estados e munic\u00edpios adotem padr\u00e3o federal de transpar\u00eancia e rastreabilidade. Em resumo, acabou a \u201cemenda sem trilha\u201d \u2014 agora, plano de trabalho e publicidade viraram regra.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">F\u00e9lix nega envolvimento e diz n\u00e3o tratar de emendas com o empres\u00e1rio; defesas citadas nos relatos afirmam que o caso corre sob segredo de Justi\u00e7a e recha\u00e7am as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es.
