A decis\u00e3o aumenta as chances de cassa\u00e7\u00e3o do mandato do gestor, que poder\u00e1 resultar na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de novas elei\u00e7\u00f5es no munic\u00edpio.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">A vota\u00e7\u00e3o, conduzida pela presidente do TSE, ministra C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia, foi acompanhada pelos ministros Isabel Gallotti, Edilene L\u00f4bo, Vera L\u00facia Santana Ara\u00fajo, Nunes Marques, Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a e Antonio Carlos Ferreira. O julgamento ocorreu em sess\u00e3o virtual no dia 7 de agosto.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">O caso ainda pode ser analisado pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), que j\u00e1 firmou entendimento sobre a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de prefeitos itinerantes \u2014 situa\u00e7\u00e3o que, segundo a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o, se aplica a J\u00e2nio Natal.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Entenda o caso<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u00e2nio Natal foi eleito prefeito de Belmonte em 2016, mas renunciou antes de assumir o cargo.
