A decis\u00e3o foi proferida pelo ministro Floriano de Azevedo Marques, que rejeitou o agravo interposto pela defesa do gestor.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gusm\u00e3o \u00e9 alvo de uma A\u00e7\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Judicial Eleitoral (AIJE) por suposta pr\u00e1tica de conduta vedada e abuso de poder econ\u00f4mico, com base no artigo 22 da Lei Complementar 64\/90.<\/p>\n<p>Caso seja condenado, o prefeito poder\u00e1 ter o mandato cassado.
