que confirmaram a condena\u00e7\u00e3o em primeiro grau por fraude em licita\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; o que tornou o ex-prefeito de Ibicara\u00ed, Lenildo Santana, ineleg\u00edvel, o petista recorreu, no dia 21 de outubro de 2022 ao Superior tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, com a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de ver o ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o desfavor\u00e1vel derrubado, atrav\u00e9s do AGRAVO EM RECURSO ESPECIAL N\u00ba 2.236.227 &#8211; BA (2022\/0340459-0).<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entretanto, Lenildo, mais uma vez, sofreu derrota na Justi\u00e7a. \u00c9 que a atual presidente do STJ, Maria Thereza de Assis Moura (foto), decidiu em 09 de novembro, que o ex-prefeito n\u00e3o tem raz\u00e3o para recorrer, confirmando, assim, a condena\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cRessalte-se que, em aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao princ\u00edpio da dialeticidade recursal, a impugna\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser realizada de forma efetiva, concreta e pormenorizada, n\u00e3o sendo suficientes alega\u00e7\u00f5es gen\u00e9ricas ou relativas ao m\u00e9rito da controv\u00e9rsia, sob pena de incid\u00eancia, por analogia, da S\u00famula n. 182 do STJ.\u00a0Ante o exposto, com base no art. 21-E, inciso V, c\/c o art. 253, par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico, inciso I, ambos do Regimento Interno do Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, n\u00e3o conhe\u00e7o do agravo em recurso especial\u201d.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inconformado com a decis\u00e3o dos desembargadores do TRF-1 &#8211;
