O prefeito foi acusado de abuso de poder econ\u00f4mico na elei\u00e7\u00e3o de 2020.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">O prefeito Almeida \u00e9 m\u00e9dico e durante a elei\u00e7\u00e3o ele fez alguns partos no hospital municipal. O juiz entendeu que isso configurou abuso de poder visando proveito eleitoral.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em contato com o advogado Alah G\u00f3es, que faz parte da assessoria jur\u00eddica do prefeito, ele informou que o prefeito continua no cargo:<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cVamos recorrer, o recurso tem efeito suspensivo e com isso ele continua no cargo.
