Prezamos pela compet\u00eancia de fiscalizar e pelo exerc\u00edcio do controle externo por parte dos vereadores sobre a execu\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria&#8221;, justificou Sivaldo.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os cr\u00e9ditos suplementares servem para refor\u00e7ar dota\u00e7\u00f5es dentro do Or\u00e7amento e s\u00e3o provenientes de fontes como super\u00e1vit financeiro, excesso de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o e anula\u00e7\u00e3o parcial ou total de dota\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regimentalmente, a vota\u00e7\u00e3o final da Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria encerra o Ano Legislativo em Itabuna.
