Este ano, o evento homenageia o agricultor, que ocupa lugar de destaque na sociedade, plantando, colhendo e produzindo alimentos. Em quatro dias de programa\u00e7\u00e3o cultural gratuita, haver\u00e1 aulas show, feira gastron\u00f4mica com produtos da agricultura familiar, artesanato e shows musicais.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">A chef Deia Lopes, empres\u00e1ria e propriet\u00e1ria da Toca da Tapioca Restaurante, em Serra Grande (BA) \u00e9 quem assina a curadoria. Entre os chefs locais e convidados est\u00e3o confirmados: o chocolatier C\u00e9sar de Mendes (Par\u00e1), a chef que integra o movimento slow food, que sensibiliza centros urbanos a seguirem em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a uma vida mais sustent\u00e1vel, Cl\u00e1udia Madhav (SP), as chefs locais da Escola de Gastronomia Serra Grande, Cris Rosa e Lila Oliveira, Jorge da Hora (SP), Clodomiro Tavares (BA), entre outros.<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Festival de Arte e Gastronomia de Serra \u00e9 realizado pelo coletivo &#8211; Constru\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva Serra Grande Sustent\u00e1vel, pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Cultural APA Itacar\u00e9 Serra Grande e a Prefeitura Municipal de Uru\u00e7uca.
